A cartoon production company was seeking a £5 million investment in their next feature at a global industry event. The CEO had 20 minutes to pitch it to the world’s media. He had a good idea. I helped him turn it into a great idea by showing how it would transform the industry.
Result: he was besieged by competing offers to fund the new film.
Cut-throat charity.
As any charity CEO knows, the Third Sector is as tough as any business, with more and more rivals competing for funding. So you have to engage the public better than other charities serving the same sector. The opportunity arose for a charity client to appear on a major TV show. I helped them prepare their message to get across their point of competitive difference from a much larger and more famous charity that had appeared on the same show.
Result: more traffic to the client’s website in one day than in the whole of the previous year.
